Sixth Street Noodle Nook

Brand Identity

Branding for a fictional ramen restaurant called Sixth Street Noodle Nook. A project to create a fun and unique brand to encapsulate my design knowledge into a singular project for a Visual Communication Design Capstone class. I started the process by looking at inspiration images and choosing a color palette. I wanted to start with noodle-like colors and build off of those. Inspired by the shapes of ramen blocks and the curves of ramen, I chose the typeface Alba and decided to play off of the arch-shaped design of the n for the remainder of the branding. I designed a logo, secondary logo, icon, brand pattern, retail ramen cup packaging, decorative posters, a display menu as well as a print menu, and a 3D restaurant rendering to visualize how the branding can be implemented into a physical space.
